Crochet – Double Crochet:
Double crochet is a taller, more open, version of single crochet. It’s stretchy, yet strong which makes it the perfect stitch for Judy’s market bag. It’s also a great stitch to use when you’re looking for a fast project.
Double Crochet—Wrap the yarn over the hook from the back to the front over the top of the hook, insert the hook into the indicated stitch, yarn over from the back to the front, over the hook, pull the yarn through the stitch; [yarn over from the back to the front, over the hook, and draw yarn through two loops on the hook] 2 times.
