Issue 344 – Bella Lino Crochet Bag

A great project for beginner crocheters, this bag is worked in single crochet, the simplest crochet stitch. Instructions are easily customizable to make any size bag you desire. The stripes of Bella Lino blend beautifully when worked in single crochet and the linen blend fibers make for a strong and supple bag. As an alternative to purchased handles, you could make strips of of 6 to 8 rows of single crochet for straps, customizing the length for a perfect fit.
