Issue 287 – Canyon Baby Cardigan

Spring is coming, I swear it is. I know this because babies are starting to pop up everywhere and new babies mean I need quick knitting baby projects.

I love this adorable baby cardigan from Susan Mills (in fact I love it so much, I have been hinting around that she make an adult sized version) made in MountainTop Canyon. The lace edging is pretty and delicate, yet the garter stitch will make it go fast. Cardigans are always a good choice for babies, as you don't have to wrestle a neckline over their cute chubby heads.

An extra bonus is that Canyon is machine washable – something every mom will love!
